Due to the demand for accommodation for 2 cat families over this period, if you wish for 1 cat to be housed in a motel unit, the daily rate will be $33 per day.

Conditions
- Only cats from the same household can share motel or family units together.
- Charges are on a per day basis, therefore a full day is charged for both the arrival and departure days. This is to allow time for a full deep clean of units between guests.
- Peak period Christmas and New Year bookings (20th December to 15th January) require a non-refundable, non-transferrable $50 deposit and date confirmation by 31st October to secure your booking (or within 5 days if booked after 31st Oct).
- All statutory holiday days incur a $5 surcharge per day per unit.
- Minimum charge per booking is 3 days.
- Should your cat need to be transferred to our isolation unit, a daily charge of $30.00 will apply per cat.
- We accept EFTPOS, Credit Cards or Cash. (Credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge). Internet banking payments can be made to 06-0601-0783063-00, please put your cat’s name as a reference.
- Long term stays over 28 days will receive a 10% discount for the duration of the stay. There are no discounts over the peak period Christmas and New Year (20th Dec – 15th Jan).

Medication
Tablets / Ear Gel / Eye Drops / Inhalers - Free of charge
Injections - $3 per injection
Provide and administer Flea / Worm treatment - $25.00 per cat
